The Millennium Challenge Corporation's water sector investment in Morogoro Municipal Council set out to improve water supply and sanitation for the town's residents. A midline survey establishes what has shifted partway through, while there is still time to act on it.
UPC delivered the midline household survey for the Governments of Tanzania and the United States, measuring progress against the programme's own targets on water access, service reliability, sanitation and the costs households carry for them.
